[Mla-cds] Institutional Compliance with NIH Public Access Policy

If your institution receives NIH grants, your institution and your
faculty should know about the new Public Access Policy adopted by the
NIH. Effective April 7, the policy requires investigators to deposit
articles that stem from NIH funding in PubMed Central.
