[Mla-cds] Rethinking the monograph BLOG post

Hello CDS Members:

A thought-provoking post to replace the traditional size monograph to that of a "mesograph."    http://monographer.wordpress.com/2011/08/07/rethinking-the-monograph/    and an earlier post at: http://monographer.wordpress.com/2011/03/11/from-monograph-to-mesograph/

I've had more requests over the years to acquire works that are "fast reads, but topic specific."  Usually the "Pearls" and "On Call" series does the trick, but with mobile devices I can see the increase of mesographs for the sub-specialty disciplines.
